When Will Out Of Stock Items Come Back?
We try to restock our items as quick as possible. Go to the product page and press Notify Me When Available on the product page if you want to be notified when it returns.
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Ship?
Your order may take up to 3 business days to be processed and dispatched for shipping. Though that is subject to change depending on order volume and other factors.
I Need To Change My Order?
Please email contact@legaudere immediately for any changes to your order. Include "Order Change & Order #" in your email subject. Once your order is processed and shipped changes to your order cannot be made.
How Do I Know You Received My Order?
You will receive an email confirmation to your email when you place an order. You will receive an additional email once your order is dispatched for shipping with your shipping information.
My Jewelry Arrived Damaged?
We are sorry about the inconvenience. Please email contact@legaudere.com with a photo of your item and your order # within 48 hours of delivery. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
Can I Return My Order?

Is My Package Lost?
If your package has been lost in transit, please email us right away.
We can not be held responsible after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address.

Where Do You Ship?
Currently we ship to the U.S, U.S Territories, Canada, United Kingdom, & Australia. If you would like to order and live in a different country please email us and we will help you. Please note on any orders outside of the the United States the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees at the time of import.
